Phenomenology Name
Steam explosion, premixing, underwater inclined spreading channel
Steam explosions in narrow 1-D test geometry with alumina melt with and without external trigger
Study of corium transport and spreading on refractory bricks (e.g. zirconia or magnesia), steel or concrete. Also the physico-chemical properties of corium and its influence on long-term behavior. Aerosol (incl. FPs) released from thermal treatment of prototypic fuel debris sample
Study of melt stratification and distribution of major species (U, Zr, O, Fe (SS)) between layers in inert atmosphere for varying iron to corium ratio
Tellurium tranpsort and behavior in the RCS
Test facility CSTF as for LA-1 but purposed to study situation of containment bypass through piping (withpout aux building)
